IRIDESCENZE

The steel and glass towers, with the helical access stairs to the different exhibition pavilions are the symbol of the Milan City Fair which scan the external perimeter of via Scarampo, distinguishing the skyline of the Fair district and marking the entrance to the city from the motorways. In a unusual way, 120 led line bars mark the external spiral in a dynamic show of light towards the sky, redesigning the gigantic cover in a light, suspended way, capturing the public in and outside of the towers in a continuous flow of the light and energy. The glass cylinder reveals itself in all its size showing its ‘transparent soul’ through a game of luminous traks of light flows which clash producing a solid appearance and together transparent and light almost virtual.
